- Halen Jacobs (1932-1935) and Molla Bjurstedt Mallory (1915-1918), both won consecutively 4 times singles championships in the Pre-open era.
- Chris Evert of the USA won 4 consecutive time Singles championships (1975-1978) in the Open era.
- 92 out of 135 times American players have won the US Open.
US Open 2023 Results
In Singles, Homestar Coco Gauff won the 1st Grand Slam title of her career. American young sensation defeated New World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka after 1st set down 2-6, 6-3, 6-2. She became the 1st American to the US Open since 2017 (Sloane Stephens). She became the first teenager to win the US Open since Serena Williams in 1999.
In the doubles title, Canadian star Gabriela Dabrowski and Kiwi star Erin Routliffe are the winners of the women’s doubles US Open. In the final, they beat 2020 US Open doubles champions Laura Siegemund/Vera Zvonareva in straight sets 7:6(9), 6:3. It is Dabrowski’s first Slam title and the first women’s doubles slam for Canada.
In the Mixed Doubles championship, Russian-Kazakhstani tennis star Anna Danilina & Finland star Harri Heliovaara took the first taste of Grand Slam glory in their career. Champions defeated top-seed American pair Jessica Pegula and Austin Krajicek in straight sets 6-3, 6-4.

US Open 2022 Champions
In the 2022 US Open championship, World No. 1 Iga Swiatek of POL won the singles championship. Iga played the final against Ons Jabeur of Tunisia and defeated her in straight sets (6-2, 7-6). Iga won the US Open prize money worth $2.6 Million with 2000 ranking points whereas the runner-up star Ons Jabeur got $1.3 million with 1300 ranking points.
In the doubles championship, Barbora Krejcikova (CZE) & Katerina Siniakova (CZE) defeated Taylor Townsend of the USA and Caty McNally of the USA. The winning pair won the final in three sets (3-6, 7-5, 6-1).

US Open 2023 Prize Money
The 2023 US Open’s overall player compensation will total $65 million, a new all-time high for the tournament. The 2023 total prize money is 8% more than the 2022 edition. The singles champion will have $3 mil while the doubles champion will have $700,000.
In 2022, the total prize money of the US Open was $60 million for the first time in history. The winner of the Singles title will get $2.6 million with 2000 ranking points. In the doubles championship, the winning team will get a cheque of $688,000 with 2000 ranking points. In the Mixed doubles championship, the title holder will have $170,000 with them.
