In Singles, Katie Boulter won the Nottingham Open 6-3, 6-3 over Jodie Burrage in all British finals since 1977. Boulter remained British No 1 and has risen to 77 after winning her first WTA title. British no 1 star won her 1st WTA title without losing a set in the whole tournament.
While in the doubles title, British pair Harriet Dart and Heather Watson are beaten by Ulrikke Eikeri and Ingrid Neel 7-6(6) 5-7 (10-8) in the doubles final in Nottingham. The winning pair won 1st title together.

Nottingham Open History and Winners
The event was established in 1887 as the Nottingham Championships until 1967. From 1968 to 1973, it was part of the independent International Tennis Federation annual tour. It underwent name changes, including the John Player Nottingham Tennis Tournament, John Player Open, Samsung Open, Aegon Open Nottingham, and Nature Valley Open. Initially replacing the Manchester Open, it was a part of the Grand Prix tennis circuit from 1973 to 1977 and a Grand Prix Super Series event from 1974 to 1975.
The event was removed from the ATP Tour in 2008, disappointing Nottingham City Council. The council announced the Aegon Nottingham Trophy as a replacement, a lower-level ATP Challenger Series event. The Nottingham Tennis Centre underwent refurbishments in 2008 and welcomed the new tennis event. In 2015, Eventmasters LTD was appointed to promote official hospitality at both the WTA and ATP Open events, creating the Sherwood Suite in the indoor court area.
