In singles, Japanese star Nao Hibino won her 3rd WTA career title. She becomes 5th player to win a title as a lucky loser entry. Nao defeated seeded no. 4 Linda Nosková in straight sets 6-4, 6-1.
Just Like the singles title, Nao Hibino also won the WTA Prague Open doubles title along with Oksana Kalashnikova. Nao Hibino won a total of 6 WTA career titles (3 singles and 3 doubles).

Home star Marie Bouzkova defeated Russian Anastasia Potapova (6-0,6-3) in singles and became the WTA PRAGUE OPEN 2022 champion. She reached her first professional title on the circuit.
While in the doubles championship, Russian player Anastasia Potapova & Spanish player Yana Sizikova won the title against Angelina Gabueva and Anastasia Zakharova.
