Recent Matches Results of the WTA French Open 2024
Iga Swiatek achieved a rare feat by winning her third consecutive French Open women’s title with a dominant performance against Italian 12th seed Jasmine Paolini. Poland’s Swiatek showcased her clay-court prowess on the Roland Garros stage with a convincing 6-2, 6-1 victory.
Despite an early break, the world number one quickly regained control, winning 11 of the next 12 games. This triumph marks the 23-year-old Swiatek’s fourth title in Paris and her fifth Grand Slam overall, following her 2022 US Open victory. All but three of the Top 99 players as of April 15 received direct entry to the main draw of the second Grand Slam of the year.
