It used to be known as WTA 500 until 2011. The event is currently known as WTA 500 Eastbourne. The event is part of the ITF Circuit and is classified as a WTA International level tournament.
The event played at Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club from the 19th to the 25th of June. There was 64 singles and 16 doubles draws.
