The WTA Indian Wells Masters, also known as the BNP Paribas Open, is one of the premier tennis events on professional men’s and women’s tours. It has been held annually since 1989 (ATP 1974) and is the largest tennis tournament in the world outside of the four Grand Slams. The tournament takes place in Indian Wells, California, USA, and is part of the ATP Tour Masters 1000 and WTA Premier Mandatory events.

BNP Paribas Indian Wells 2024 Results
In the Singles, World no 1 Iga Swiatek smashed Maria Sakkari in the Tennis Paradise 2024 final. Iga defeated Maria in straight sets 6-4, 6-0 in just around 1 hour. It was a replica of the 2022 Final, where Iga defeated Maria 6-4, 6-1. Greek Star hasn’t tasted a victory against Polish Star since 2021.
While in the doubles, top seed pair Hsieh Su-wei and Elise Mertens defeated Storm Hunter and Kateřina Siniaková in the final 6-3, 6-4.
Indian Wells Masters 2023 winners
In singles, the Kazakh Elena Rybakina beat the Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka to win her first WTA 1000-level event. Rybakina, beat Sabakenka 7-6 (11/13), 6-4 in two hours and three minutes on the center court of the Californian tournament.
The women’s doubles title was won by Czechs Barbora Krejcikova and Katerina Siniakova. In the final, they defeated the Brazilian-German duo Beatriz Haddad Maia/Laura Siegemund 6:1, 6:7 (4), 10-7.
BNP Paribas Open 2022 Winners
In singles, seeded no. 3 Polish star Iga Swiatek won the 2022 Indian Wells Open on 20th March. She defeated seeded no. 8 Greek star Maria Sakkari by straight sets (6-4, 6-1).
In doubles, Unseeded Chinese pair Yifan Xu and Zhaoxuan Yang won the doubles championship. Champions won their title against Asia Muhammad from the USA and Ena Shibahara from Japan with (7-5,7-6) straight sets.
